Over the course of 10 weeks, aspiring DE&I practitioners will receive ten, 60-minute sessions where they will become proficient in conducting DE&I training for their organizations.
Participants will learn various cultural theories, principles, and frameworks. They will also gain a thorough understanding of the historical, legislative, and societal impact inequitable and exclusionary practices have had on minoritized groups.
Participants also learn best practices for mitigating these behaviors and creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment. Attendees will craft and deliver DE&I training in various formats as a Capstone.
