Dr. Shindale Seale is a culture and leadership strategist who employs leadership and performance optimization concepts to help stakeholders identify and reach their organizational culture goals.
Dr. Seale served in various leadership and training roles and sectors for over three decades, including the corporate environment, academia, and the non-profit arena. Her work has focused on business performance optimization, staff development, and creating sustainable and equitable working environments. She provides leadership, culture, and staff training to all sectors, including education, law, state, law enforcement, the military, and utility departments, as well as emerging tech and research companies nationwide. Her research and consulting on creating equitable solutions for marginalized groups have made her a sought-after subject matter expert and speaker.
In addition to her training and consulting services, Dr. Seale sits on the Inglewood School Board Advisory Committee. She curated the Inglewood Small Business Academy, supporting disadvantaged small business owners throughout Inglewood, California. Dr. Seale served on the LAPD Advisory Committee working with the Police Commission to implement police training reforms. She was the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion inaugural Program Chair at the University of California Santa Cruz - Silicon Valley Extension. Dr. Seale is also a Professor at the University of Redlands, where she teaches Leadership, Organizational Change, and Business Communication. In addition to all of this, Dr. Seale founded Our Community Mentors, a non-profit organization in South Los Angeles committed to providing academic, professional, and quality-of-life resources for marginalized groups in the area.
Dr. Seale holds a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Change and Leadership and a Master of Education degree, both from the University of Southern California (USC). She also earned her Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Language and Linguistics from California State University at Dominguez Hills (CSUDH).
