With 30 years of experience spanning Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, healthcare systems, law enforcement, and entrepreneurial organizations across 15 industries, Dr. Seale brings a rare combination: the rigor of a USC-trained organizational scholar (Ed.D., Organizational Change and Leadership) and the instincts of a practitioner who has sat in the room when change was hard, costly, and necessary.
